How Iryna works

Every client meets Iryna at the first call and works with her to the end. She does the valuations, the viewings, the negotiation and the notary appointment herself, and she says no to a property when the numbers say no. Buyers get their own side of the table: in Spain the agent is normally paid by, and works for, the seller, so independent representation is the difference between a good purchase and a fast one.

Every valuation is built on closed sales and street-level data rather than on what a neighbour is asking, and every fee is written into an engagement letter before any work starts. Owners get a plain-language review of what the Catalan tourist-licence rules mean for their property before they decide how to rent it.
